CrossFit

CrossFit is Strength and Fitness Program Design built on constantly Varied Functional Movements executed at appropriately High Intensity. CrossFit is the most effective and most safe method of burning fat and building muscle and enhancing optimal performance--- regardless of age and requirements.

CrossFit is the only fitness protocol that can be scaled to fit all ages (3yrs and up) and scaled to fit all fitness prescriptions including but not limited to mental wellness, disease prevention, general health, and physiological capacities.

CrossFit uses constantly varied functional movements at appropriately high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in less than hour.  There simply isn’t any other program design that can accomplish so much in so little time! And we have scientific data to support all of our claims.

1.      Varied

a.       The more unpredictable your work outputs are the more predictable your results--- insures progress.

b.      Prepares you for the unknown and unknowable.

c.       Guarantees broad competency at everything rather than being the best at one thing.

2.      Functional

a.       Natural Movements ---universal motor recruitment patterns.

b.      A wave of contraction from core to extremity.

c.       Multi joint compound movements, which are neurologically irreducible to move the body effectively and efficiently.

d.      Absolutely essential to health and fitness.

3.      Intensity (scaled to fit each client determined by Client Fitness Assessments)

a.       Independent variable.

b.      Brings it faster and better.

c.       Drives success.

CrossFit Classes are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation to illicit a fun and exciting approach to Optimal Fitness.
