Hey dylan, what's the deal w the choc milk? I have been using it as a healing "miricle" and it seems to be working really well but I'm not real sure I understand exactly why..any idea on where to find more info on this topic?

The anti-oxidants from the chocolate and the aminos in the milk leads to a great recovery. It has turned out a lot better than most of the recovery drinks out there. You can google recovery and chocolate milk as I did sir!!!

It's kinda funny you bring that up, I was just talking to a client this morning about this topic. In my opinion, Crossfit is different simply because your body cannot adapt to it. Your body will try to adapt to anything but Crossfit workouts are challenging enough that you never truly will. You push your body far beyond its normal capacities and have no clue what the workout will be the following day..therefore there is no possible way you can be prepared. I truly believe this creates the most advanced and successful program ever used. There is no way to surprise your body forever unless the workouts are somewhat random. However, there has to be some structure to the program and crossfit has done a great job of finding the balance between the two.
