10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target/14lbs t0 9' Target)

Argh. My arms and lats are still sore from Mondays workout. Going to take me all day of stretching to be ready for it.

Wasn't too bad. I was very slow going and I got 5 rounds, I expect 7 from Chris Hardin.

Wow, that was tough. 5 rounds + 10 reps. Arm is in so much pain and my calf cramped up bad. Suggest anyone doing the wod to really stretch your calves

I got 7 rounds plus 3...toes to bar is what killed me...i am sore! and my hands are jacked!

185 reps. Unscaled except for the toes to bar, which is more like knees to elbows for me. Gotta lean out and get better. Great workout!
