Great job to all today's morning athletes!! It's hard thing to make it to the gym every day especially before sunrise. That's dedication.

44 reps. Those pull-ups are HARD, took me a while to figure out how much I needed to scale

Only 3 reps on the actual WOD. Shoulder not good. Did the WOD with 2 count floor wipers instead. Completed 12 full rounds + 12 thrusters.

68&1/2 full rounds! That half was my thruster that didn't thrust so well! Jumping pullups were my scaled version, but I stayed consistent on my jumps getting up high each time. Good for me! That was a llllooooonnnnggggg 7 minutes!

Wow, that's quite a workout! That is really going to build some muscle, especially in your core. I've always liked chest to bar pullups to help strengthen my core muscles after some injuries I received at work several years ago. Keep up the hard work!
